Girls Red

Red level is designed for our new gymnasts as an introduciton to all of the events and body positions. Red level gymnasts are learning about safety and basic skills.
You may see rolls, hangs, and running drills.
Girls Orange
Age 6-10 years
Beginning

Orange level is for our gymnasts that have mastered the terminology and have become safe and confident on the apparatus. These gymnasts are learning the foudation of all skills.
You may see cartwheels, pullovers, and use of the vault.
Girls Yellow
Age 6-10 years
Transitional

Yellow level gymnasts have mastered our basic gymnastic skills and are beginng to build on them. They are learning to connect basic skills and increase confidence on apparatus.
You may see back rolls, jumping to the high bar, and confidence on beam.
Girls Blue
Age 6-10 years
Intermediate/Advanced

Blue level gymnasts are mastering intermediate level skills and are begining to learn advanced level gymnastics. They are also learing routines and are able to compete in our Recreational Competition.
You may see backhandsprings, cartwheels on beam, handsprings on vault.
Girls Green

Green level gymnasts are mastering the basics skills in gymnastics. They are fine tuning their technique and becoming ready to begin intermediate skills.
You may see back hip circles, round-offs, and walkovers.
Girls Bronze, Silver, Gold
Age 6-10 years
Intermediate/Advanced

These levels have our most advanced gymnasts in them. These gymnasts are working towards mastering all of the skills on each event and even some that are not. The gymnasts begin to explore their creativity.
